This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Pirzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Mukhtiar @ Mukhtiar Ahmed son of Mahmood @ Mahmood Khan, 02-Akhtiar @ Akhtiar Ahmed, 03-Ali Haider both sons of Mukhtiar @ Mukhthiar Ahmed, 04-Arab @ Arab Khan son of Ramzan @ Muhammad Ramzan, 05-Zameer @ Ghaffar @ Zamir Ali son of Arab @ Arab Khan, 06-Shoukat son of Arab all by caste Khoso in Crime No.202/2026 of PS Nasirabad offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 09.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
