This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Ayoub Khanzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sheeraz, 02-Sharjeel @ Muhammad Akif both sons of Muhammad Kazafi by caste Jagirani in Crime No.24/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to 18.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, and call for police papers. |
