Case called. Accused Sadam Shahani, Asif Ali Shahani and Faique Jamali are produced under custody from District Jail Dadu, while accused Majeed @ Majo Leghari is absconder. Proceedings U/S 87 & 88 Cr.P.C were initiated against accused Majeed alias Majoo Leghari. The Mukhtiarkar Revenue submitted report U/S 88 Cr.P.C. The Process server also submitted report U/S 87 Cr.P.C, his statement recorded at (Exh.02), who produced documents at (Exh.02/A to 02/D) respectively.
