Case called. Order passed and announced in open court.Accused Noordad Pathan, Abdul Qadir Pathan and Aanwar Pathan were sent-up by SHO Police Station Makhdoom Bilawal to face their trial in above mentioned case and crime. After the registration of FIR usual investigations were carried out, as such on the conclusion of it, I.O of the case submitted charge sheet before the Court of learned Family/Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Dadu showing accused persons under custody. This case was sent-up to the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Dadu wherefrom R & Ps of the case were received to this Court by way of transfer for its disposal according to law on 27.03.2017. Heard learned DDPP for the State and perused the record. Record reveals that, all the three accused persons granted post-arrest bail and subsequently, jumped the bail, hence they were declared proclaimed offenders after completing legal proceedings viz: issuance of NBWs and proceedings U/S.87 & 88 Cr.P.C. Since the accused persons have been declared as proclaimed offenders and there is no likelihood of their appearance or arrest in near future; as such the present case is unnecessarily pending on the active file of this court, accordingly the matter be kept on dormant file till the arrest of accused or their appearance before the Court. |
