Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused (1) Abdul Razaque son of Manzoor Ahmed and (2) Arbelo son of Rahib Shaikh are present along with their counsel. Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/ twenty thousand each and P.R bond in the like amount. The Deponent Muhammad Hussain son of Dur Muhammad by caste Shaiokh resident of Shaikh Mohalla Taluka Ubauro District Ghotki appeared and submitted affidavit along with original defence saving certificates specifically mentioned in the Accountant???s report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/ each and P.R bond in the like amount.
