Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant/accused Shahnawaz is present along with his counsel. Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/ twenty thousand and P.R bond in the like amount. The Deponent Riaz Ahmed son of Khamiso Khan by caste Buriro r/o village Mirzapur Taluka and district Kandhkot appeared and submitted affidavit along with original defence saving certificates specifically mentioned in the Accountant???s report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/ and P.R bond in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted subject to report. The counsel for applicant has submitted statement with regard to joining the investigation by applicant/accused which is taken on record. The complainant Ihsan Ali Indhar appeared and he has submitted No objection affidavit which is taken on record. The I/C ADPP for the State is present and waived the notice. Arguments heard.
