From the perusal of R & PS, it appear that case property viz. vehicle Toyota Reve bearing Registration No:CZ-6786 was released by this court vide order dated: 4.01.2024 U/S 516-A Cr.P.C to one Waqar Ahmed S/O Saeed Ahmed with condition to produce the same as when required to the court, and he has executed P.R bond dated: 04.01.2024, wherein he bound himself to produce the vehicle. But from perusal of case diary it appear that he failed to produce the vehicle (case property) before this court despite of issuance of summon/ show cause notices. During proceedings one Aijaz Ahmed (Retired DSP) appeared before the court on various dates bounding himself to produce the vehicle (case property) but despite of awarding opportunity he had failed to produce the vehicle in question. Thus, P.R bound dated: 04.01.2024 executed by Waqar Ahmed S/O Saeed Ahmed is forfeited. The vehicle in question is hereby confiscated. Issue letter to authority i.e CPLC and ETO & MRA concerned.
