This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gul Sher Junejo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Bux son of Allah Bux, 02-Abdul Hameed, 03-Muhammad Haneef, 04-Muhammad Ameen, 05-Abdul Majeed, 06-Shahzado, 07-Muhammad Waris, 08-Khalil all seven sons of Muhammad Bux Mastoi in Crime No.74/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 430,427,506/2,288,284,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 08.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
