R & Ps of instant Crl.Misc.application u/s 552 Cr.P.C received by this Court from Honourable Sessions Judge/Justice of peace, Kashmore @ Kandhkot by way of transfer for its disposal according to law. Matter is already fixed for today, therefore, called. HE Eid Muhammad Bangwar produced the lady Mst.Samina Khatoon w/o Sanaullah d/o Haji Meeral, by caste Malik before this Court for recording her statement. Statement of lady named above recorded by this Court wherein she stated that her parents intend to marry her with an old man and she do not want to marry, therefore, she has sever apprehension of her life from her parents, therefore, she may e remanded to Dar-ul-Aman Sukkur for her security and safety. Heard. Order passed, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the application is disposed of, and it is directed that Mst.Samina Khatoon Malik, be sent to Darul-Aman Sukkur, under proper police escort, for protection in accordance with law, with directions to produce her before this Court as and when required or directed by this Court. |
