This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Younis Waqar Waggan advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ghaffar @ Abdul Ghaffar son of Shahban by caste Mugheri in Crime No.278/2025 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 402.324.353,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to. 18.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, and call for police papers.
