As per record accused Shah Faisal and Rehman were enlarged on bail by this court during remand stage whereas accused Rifatullah Khan was also admitted on bail. Whereas, accused Mir Khan Gul and Hidayatullah are also shown in charge sheet as on pre arrest bail. today all accused are called absent.
