Cr.Misc.appli.called.applicant is present.ADPP is present.SHO submitted report.order on it.Heard.order passed and announced in open court. As property is present at PS and same has been recovered from applicant, the custody of above mentioned property is allowed to applicant, subject to furnishing PR bond of Rs:10000/ and original documents of motorcycle with strict directions to produce the same, as and when required by the Court and shall not sell or change its colour till disposal of case.The application is disposed of accordingly.
