DC is called. ADPP for the state is present. Counsel for accused is present. Accused namely Mansoor Raheem Khaksheli, is also present. Today matter fixed for supply of copies and in compliance of Section 241-A Cr.P.C., necessary case papers were supplied to the accused under the receipt. At the same stage, accused voluntarily moved an application for pleading his guilt in this matter and prayed for mercy, hence show cause notice under section 243 Cr.P.C, was issued to accused, whereof accused submitted his reply to the show-cause notice which is taken on record and he prayed for lenient view. Since the above-named accused has pleaded his guilt voluntarily without any pressure, consideration and duress. Therefore lenient view is taken and accused Mansoor Raheem Khaskheli, is hereby convicted under section 243 Cr.P.C and sentence him to pay fine Rs. 200/-(Two Hundred Rupees) in. In default of payment of fine amount, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for (15) days. Accused was taken into custody till the payment of realization amount and accused subsequently paid the fine amount and he was released from the custody. Surety is already forfeited vide order dated. 03-08-2026 and matter is fixed on 29-08-2026 for surety proceedings. |
