Criminal Bail application called. I/C ADPP for the state and counsel for accused are present. Heard arguments by the both sides. Thereafter, order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court, whereby the bail of accused Aijaz Ali has been granted in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. One surety namely Shakeel Ahmed son of Lal Khan by caste Khoso, has appeared and stood surety of accused Aijaz Ali, and he submit the original Registration Certificate Motor cycle bearing Reg.No. HEP-0668.
