The R & Ps received from the court of Honourable, District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas by way of transfer. Matter called. Accused Wali Muhammad and Anwer produced in custody from District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas, while accused Zahid Chandio has been declared proclaimed offender and case against him is already kept of dormant file vide order dated 13-12-2025 passed JM-I Digri. Charge against accused framed at Ex.4, their pleas recorded at Ex.4/A and Ex.4/B to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried. Put off to 04-02-2026 for Evidence.
