Reports regarding legal heirs of deceased namely Ishwar Gir is received from S.H.O P.S Mithi, Mukhtiarkar Revenue Taluka Mithi, Manager United Bank Mithi and Manager Bank Al Habib Mithi is received at Ex- 07 to Ex-10. The report regarding legal heirs of deceased yet not received from NADRA Mithi. Advocate for applicant submitted statement along with original copy of news paper daily Kawish Hyderabad dated: 13.12.2025 at Ex-11 in which process had published for general public.
