The judgment dated 29-05-2025 and decree dated 20-06-2025 passed in IInd Appeal No. 116/2024, the Honorable High Court of Sindh has been pleased to set aside the judgment and decree of this court upon which the instant execution application has been filed, therefore, instant execution stands disposed of being infructuous. The relief sought by the applicants through the instant application for restoration of possession cannot be given as the proceedings of instant execution application becomes infructuous. Therefore, with regard to the restoration of possession, the applicants are at liberty to file fresh execution application in respect of judgment and decree passed in IInd Appeal No. 116/2024 by Honorable High Court of Sindh. |
