Report of Mukhtiarkar receivedvide No. SR/- 733/2026 dated: 08.06.2026 along with annexure. Though the report shows that the land area 03-00 acres of defendant Atta Muhammad was mortgaged in favour of Honorable Assistant Sessions Judge, Mirpur Mathelo. However, the annexure shows that said property was released by the court of Honorable Court vide letter No. 1090 dated:16.11.2024 and such note was also incorporated in the Revenue Record by the Mukhtiarkar. Both the parties have alleged that the Mukhtiarkar is not issuing Sale Certificate on the pretext that the land of J.D/Atta Muhammad is still mortgaged in the name of Honorable Court. The J.D is directed to move written application to the Mukhtiarkar for issuance of Sale Certificate and it is expected that Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Daharki shall proceed it as per law.
