Both the parties have alleged that the Mukhtiarkar is not issuing Sale Certificate on the pretext that the land of J.D/Atta Muhammad is still mortgaged in the name of Honorable Court. The J.D is directed to move written application to the Mukhtiarkar for issuance of Sale Certificate and it is expected that Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Daharki shall proceed it as per law.
