Hence, keeping forth the above position, I hereby order that this Sessions case be kept in abeyance against accused namely; Nooral alias Noor Muhammad and Ahmed @ Ahmeddin both sons of Arbab Ali, by caste Jeho. They are present on bail. Surety already submitted by them shall be bound for the period of three years. Accused are also directed to furnish PR bond in the like amount for attending the Court for trial, if and when called. Prosecution side is at liberty to apply for re-opening of the case after availability of complainant and private witnesses. While passing this order reliance was respectfully placed on reported case of SIP Saeed Ahmed Shaikh and others v/s Muhammad Bakhsh and another (SBLR 2015 Sindh 948). P.R bond obtained from both accused which is kept on record. Put off to:08-11-2025 for compliance. Issue B.W against complainant and private P.Ws, through concerned SHO. |
