Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant/accused (1) Riaz Ahmed (2) Muhammad Pannah sons of Mushtaque (3) Mushtaque son of Bahram (4) Javed Ali son of Bahram (5) Muhammad Yaqoob son of Mehboob Illahi @ Mehboob Ali and (6) Qaloo Khan son of Ali Bux are present along with their counsel. Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/ twenty thousand each and P.R bond in the like amount. The Deponent Makhno son of Dur Muhammad by caste Sawand r/o village Manzoor Ahmed Sawand, Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and submitted affidavit along with Registration certificate specifically mentioned in the Accountant???s report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/ each and P.R bond in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted subject to report. The counsel for applicant has submitted statement with regard to joining the investigation/trial by the accused, which is taken on record. The learned ADPP for the State is present and he waived the notice. Arguments heard. Order passed on separate sheet and announced. The interim pre-arrest bail is confirmed.
