This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filled by Mr.Muhammad Zakriya Chhajiro on behalf of applicant Badaruddin son of Muhammad Uris by caste Khoso against SHO PS Warrah and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Khalid Hussain learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-I, Warrah is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Warrah and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 03.08.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
