Received criminal bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The DC & and I/C ADPP for the State are present. Arguments heard. Order passed on memo of bail application. Heard. File perused. Undeniabley challan has not been submitted and FIR is still pending investigation thus Cr.B.A in hand stands dismissed with liberty to applicant to represent it after submission of final report in order to decide bail application on merit as per law.
