Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant/accused Arz Muhammad son of Allah Dino Ghoto is present along with his counsel. Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/ thirty thousand and P.R bond in the like amount. The Deponent Shahnawaz son of Allah Dino Goto resident of village Jan Muhammad Ghoto, Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and submitted affidavit along with defence saving certificate specifically mentioned in the accountant???s report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/ and P.R bond in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted subject to report. The counsel for applicant has submitted statement with regard to joining the investigation/trial by the accused, which is taken on record.
