He mainly contended that since the Plaintiff misused the ATM Card and took away the Gold ornaments, therefore, the Plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of such amounts and Gold ornaments before the Court of Civil adjudicator, therefore, he request to proceed with the matter. Order passed on separate order sheet. The submission made by the Advocate for Plaintiff requires consideration; the issue of the maintainability would be recorded after recording of the evidence.
