This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Hussain Samo advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ishfaque Ahmed son of Ghulam Rasool, 02-Fatteh Muhammad son of Muhammad Azeem, 03-Muhammad Hassan son of Ghulam Hussain all by caste Chandio in Crime No.50/2026 of PS Drigh for offence U/S 324,353,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court.
