This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akhtar Ali Lak advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulamullah son of Muhammad Mithal, 02-Ghulam Shabir son of Muhammad Mithal, 03-Abdul Rehman son of Allah Dino, 04-Yasin @ Yasain son of Allah Bux, 05-Asif Ali @ Madad Ali son of Ghulam Shabir, 06-Saifullah son of Gahno Khan, 07-Hameed @ Abdul Hameed son of Gahno Khan, 08-Nasrullah son of Gahno Khan, 09-Ali Gul son of Allah Dino all by caste Lak in Crime No.69/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 337-Ai,337-Fi,Hii,114,506/2,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 03.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
