R & Ps is received by way of transfer from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, TandoAllahyar. Bail application called. Applicants/accused are present alongwith their learned counsel Mr. Nehal Khan Lashari. The accused were sitting in the court, in the meanwhile complainant of the case namely Mansoor Ali Jarwar( General Secretary of District Bar Association TandoAllahyar ) alongwith his brother Advocate Mr. Munwar Ali Jarwar came to the court and fought with accused persons and slapped them in the court. Thereafter, Me. Nehal Khan Lashari learned counsel for the accused moved the application for legal protection on which Incharge Security of the court was directed to provide security to the accused persons and maintain the peace with further direction if he needs further staff he may call S.H.O and his staff for compliance according to law. The bail application was heard and interim bail granted to the applicants/accused in the of Rs.30,000/- each and P.R. Bond in the like amount. One Ishtiaqu Jarwar son of DhaniBuxJarwar appeared and submitted the Affidavit for standing surety of the accused and produce Original Certificate of Motorcycle. The surety was accepted subject to verification. The matter is fixed on .04.03.2026 for confirmation or otherwise. Issue notice to learned ADPP for the state. Call for police papers. The accused are directed to join investigation and to attend the Court. |
