Matter called. The matter repeatedly kept calling since morning. Now it is about 12:30 Noon. Mr. Muhammad Hussain Rajpar, Advocate for the Plaintiff of leading suit alongwith Plaintiff in person is present. Ms. Nadia Soomro, Advocate for Defendant Tariq is present. No one present from remaining Defendants. The Counsel for the Plaintiff of leading suit states since the Defendant Tariq claims his compromise talks with Plaintiff, therefore, today he under impression that matter is not to be proceeded, hence, he produce the Plaintiff at last time of Court timing only inform that no any compromise talks were going on between the parties. The counsel was required for recording the examination in chief of Plaintiff, whereupon he states that few documents to be exhibited are not available with Plaintiff therefore he request for short adjournment. The Counsel for Defendant Tariq states that since her senior counsel is present at his village therefore, she appears at last hours of Court. From this scenarios it appears that both the parties are reluctant to proceed with the case before MCTC. However, keeping in view precious right of the parties, entirely last and final chance accorded. Put off to 16.03.2026 at 10:30 Sharp for evidence of Plaintiff of leading suit without fail. All the parties and their counsels are strictly directed to appear and proceed the matter, in case of failure, penal order shall be passed against defaulting party. |
