The case was called. Juvenile accused Baby Asma, who is on bail, appeared before the Court. The learned ADPP for the State and the learned DC were also in attendance. The learned DC submitted a statement stating that the R&P pertaining to another case arising out of the same crime are presently under process for transfer to this Court pursuant to the orders of the competent authority. It is further submitted that the co-accused, namely Maqsooda and Abbas, have also marked their attendance; however, the said R&P still not received. The complainant is also present before the Court and is directed to remain present on the next date of hearing. In the circumstances, the matter is adjourned and fixed for 19.08.2026 for recording of prosecution evidence, subject to receipt of the R&P, and to await the orders of the Hon'ble District Judge, Karachi (Central), on the transfer application. |
