This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Asif Hussain Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nazar Hussain, 02-Ali Nawaz both sons of Khadim Hussain Chandio in Crime No.118/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 457,380,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 02.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
