The Honourable This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Safiullah Rind advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Tarique son of Meer Muhammad Rind, 02-Suhail @ Rahman son of Sadique Solangi, 03-Imtiaz @ Imtiaz Hussain son of Muhammad @ Sher Muhammad, 04-Muhammad son of Amanullah both by caste Mastoi, 05-Zaheer @ Sikandar son of Meer Muhammad Rind in Crime No.285/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 337-Fii,337-Ai,506/2,504,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 30.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
