The Honourable This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akram Kalhoro advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Jahangir son of Muhammad Shareef Kamboh, 02-Bilawal @ Muhammad Bilawal Sarwar son of Ghulam Sarwar Kamboh in Crime No.183/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence 506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 30.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
