Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant/accused Akbar Ali son of Muhammad Bachal Gadani resident of Indhar Mohalla Ghareeb abad taluka Pano Aqil is present along with his counsel . Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/ fifty thousand and P.R bond in the like amount. The Deponent Manzoor Ali son of Qadir Bux Mangi r/o village Bheelar taluka Pano Aqil appeared and submitted affidavit along with original special saving certificates mentioned in the accounts report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/ and P.R bond in the like amount.
