Bhooral @ Bhooro by caste Bujerani Chandio are absconders. Today the case is fixed for production of UTP/accused. While the matter is already fixed on 22-11-2025 for service of PROCLAIMATION U/S 87 Cr.P.C and WRIT of ATTACHEMENT U/S 88 Cr.P.C, ACCORDINGLY. The R&Ps of this case received today from the Learned Consumer Protection Court Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber on the direction of vide letter No: Esstt:/- (Tr/Cases/Matters) 11745 of 2025 Kamber Dated: 18-10-2025...... Case called, UTP/accused Junaid by caste Marfani Chandio is produced in custody from D.P Larkana, while accused; 01. Jawad by caste Marfani Chandio and 02. Bhooral @ Bhooro by caste Bujerani Chandio are absconders. NBW issued against them returned by the process server. Hence the statement of process server is recorded at Exh-01. He produced the NBW earlier issued by this court, endorsement of process server, (02) statements of Nek Mards of locality and D.D entry of P.S Drigh R&R at 01/A to 01/E respectively; stating therein that the accused have shifted to an unknown place. Order passed on the statement of process server. Put off to 06-11-2025 for production of custody of UTP/accused. While on 22-11-2025 for service; ISSUE PROCLAIMATION U/S 87 Cr.P.C and WRIT of ATTACHEMENT U/S 88 Cr.P.C, ACCORDINGLY. |
