Issue Production Order for the production of UTP/accused Amanullah S/o Muhammad Ashraf Chandio, involved in Crime No. 22/2025, under Section 295-B, PPC, of Police Station Kadhan, before this Court on the date fixed, with a direction to the Superintendent, Central Prison, Hyderabad, to ensure all necessary precautionary, preventive and security measures for his safe custody and secure production, under proper and foolproof security arrangements, and, keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence, to keep the accused separately from other prisoners, as far as permissible under the applicable prison rules and security protocols, so as to prevent any untoward incident, disturbance, confrontation or breach of prison discipline and to ensure that no law-and-order situation arises at the time of his production. The Superintendent shall make an appropriate security assessment and take all effective preventive measures, in coordination with the concerned police authorities, wherever necessary. In the event of any genuine and credible apprehension of a law-and-order or security situation rendering physical production unsafe or impracticable, the Superintendent shall immediately intimate this Court through the proper channel and, subject to the orders of the Court and applicable law, ensure production of the accused through a secure video-link facility for recording of his statement under Section 342, Cr.P.C., or for such other proceedings as may lawfully be conducted through video link.
