This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sabit Ali Jagirani advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Rashid Ali son of Khan Muhammad by caste Badani in Crime No.196/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 03.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers.
