This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faizul Nabi Shaikh advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Aftab, 02-Sajjad @ Sajjad Ahmed both sons of Mumtaz @ Mumtaz Ali, 03-bashir Ahmed, 04-Ali Khan both sons of Dhani Bakhsh all by caste Chandio in Crime No.269/2026 of PP Saddar PS Kamber City for offence 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 30.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
