Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is present. Mr.Yasir advocate filed undertaking to file Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.1 and 2 which is kept on record and received copies. Mr.Mansoor Ali Memon advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of defendant No.3 which is kept on record and received copies. None is present from the defendant No.4 and 5. Process through Bailiff returned and Bailiff report is kept on record. Repeat summons upon the defendant No.4 through Bailiff by way of pasting in presence of two witnesses. The service is held good upon defendants No.1 to 3 and 5. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the defendants are restrained from creating third party interest in the suit property till the next date of hearing.
