This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Yousif Magsi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Qurban Ali son of Abu Bakar by caste Brohi in Crime No.22/2016 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 324,353,120-B,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing. Put off to 26.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
