Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused (1) Abdul Shakoor and (2) Zubair Ahmed both sons of Zahoor Ahmed are present along with their counsel. The Deponent Noor Ahmed son of Zahoor Ahmed by caste Mirani, resident of village Mureed Shakh taluka Ubauro appeared and submitted affidavit along with photo original defence saving certificate specifically mentioned in the account's report and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/ each and P.R bond in the like amount. Order on it. Surety accepted subject to report. The counsel for applicant has submitted statement with regard to joining the investigation/trial by the accused, which is taken on record.
