Suit is called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. The counsel for defendant No.02 is present. The counsel for defendant No.02 filed an application under order VII Rule 11 CPC. Order on it. Copy to other side. The learned counsel for the plaintiff pointed out that there is another case on the same suit property had been filed by one Mst. Sahiba Hameed, bearing suit No.573/2024, which is fixed for hearing today and further submitted that the plaintiff of this case has not been made as necessary party and their particular suit. Further submitted that he would file an application under order I Rule 10 CPC as a intervener their suit and therefore prayed for adjournment. Accordingly the suit is adjourned to 29.07.2025 for further proceedings filing of CA to the application under order VII Rule 11 CPC. Interim order granted on the last date 20.05.2025 stands extended till next date. |
