Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. Mr. Muhammad Murad Maitlo advocate is present in other cases and he undertakes to file Vakalatnama on behalf of defendants No.1 and 2 in the present suit as well. Process through Bailiff returned served. The service upon defendant No.3 is held good. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the defendants are restrained from cancellation of the unit of plaintiff and or allotting the said unit to any third person till the next date of hearing. The plaintiff is directed to continue depositing the remaining installments (if any) in respect of suit property to the defendants and in case the defendants refused to receive the outstanding installments in respect of suit property, the plaintiff shall deposit the same forthwith to the Nazir of this Court. Put off to 09.10.2026 for hearing on application U/O 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC as well as filing W.S & C.A by all defendants. (Late diary at 12.00 noon.
