This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zamir Ahmed Solangi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Deedar @ Deedar Ali son of Baig Ali @ Muhammad Baig Solangi in Crime No.71/2022 of PS Waggan for offence U/S 393,394,506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 26.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
