Case called. UTP/Accused Saeed is produced in custody, while accused Wahid is present on bail and submitted an application for absence excused on last date of hearing. Order on it. Absence of accused is hereby excused, while accused Abdul Hameed is present on bail and accused Hameer and Pervaiz are absconders. Learned ADPP is present, learned counsel for accused present. B.W issued against the absconding accused is returned un-served. The accused Saeed Wajid and Abdul Hameed submitted joint application along with their affidavits for plead guilty at Ex. No. 01. Order on it. Issue show cause notice to accused. Show cause notice issued to accused at Ex. 02. Reply of show cause notice at Ex. No. 03. Order on it. Heard. Order passed and announced in open court. The present accused are convicted 243 Cr.P.C and sentenced till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs: 200/- each. In case of non payment of fine, suffer SI till rising of the Court. The fine amount paid and deposited under the concerned Head. UTP/Accused sent back to custody with conviction warrant with directions to release him forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case. Accused Wajid and Abdul Hameed are present on bail, their bail bonds stands cancelled and surety discharged. Put off to 13.10.2026.For service. Issue NBW against the absconding accused. |
