Case called. Accused Mehboob,Babar,Ali Nawaz, Haq Nawz, Riaz and Nadeem are present, Accud Abdul Rehman shown in column No.2. in the challan sheet. And accused Babar Ali also furnish surety and One deponent namely Amirdin S/O Karimdad by caste Mahar R/O Nawab Ali Mahar taluka M.Matheo appeared and filed affidavit along with original Saving Certificates of Rs.10,000/- and photo copy of CNIC for stood surety of accused Babar Ali in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) and PR bond in the like amount. Order passed on both affidavit. Provisionally Surety accepted in the like amount. Issue release writ/bail intimation of accused through concerned PS. Call Verification. Mr. Ayaz Ahmed Mahar advocate appeared and filed application for time to furnish surety of accused Nadeem on the next date of hearing.Order on it. Put off to 14.09.2026 for formal. All present accused are directed to attend.
