Matter called same is fixed for U/s 87 & 88 report from the department against the accused namely Abrar S/o Raees in Session Case No 1430/2025. But report upon U/s 87 & 88 has not received till yet due to non-compliance of order of this court by concerned clerk hence explanation of concerned clerk with strict direction to call U/s 87 & 88 report as in top priority. Further on perusal of record reflects accused Waqas and Jan Sher are in attendance, hence charge of accused Waqas and Jan Sher in Session Case No. ??1430/2025 bearing FIR No. 120/2025 U/s 353/324/34 PPC of P.S Taimoria be framed today and case of the accused Abrar is bifurcated from the case of Waqas and Jan Sher in order to avoid unnecessary delay. As per record accused Abrar has been absconded hence his surety of Rs. 30,000/- is forfeited in Government favor matter is pending against him for U/s 87 & 88 proceeding. Office is directed to prepare separate file of accused Abrar since his case has been bifurcated vide this order today. Now come upon 07.03.2026 for prosecution evidence, office is directed to issue BW against PW???s through SIO. Office is also directed to maintain the diary of this case. ??????
