Case called; Learned PO is on casual leave and Work suspended by the DBA Jamshoro due to Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A). Accused Muhammad Irfan Ali and Mst Haneefa are present on bail. Today matter was fixed for framing of Charge, however charge has not framed against accused due to above reason.
