This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Saeed Ahmed khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Bagh Ali, 02-Ghulam Rasool both sons of Ghulam Hussain, 03-Jam Khan son of Qadir Bakhsh, 04-Badar @ Mashooque Ali son of Nooruddin @ Nooral, 05-Kajlo @ Kajlo Khan son of Nooruddin @ Nooral, 06-Mazan @ Mazan Ali son of Nizamuddin all by caste Khushik in Crime No.07/2026 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 427,506/2,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial.
