Case called. Accused Nadeem and Javed are produced by J/A C.P Hyderabad through video link. Photo copies of police papers are supplied to the accused persons vide receipt No.03. Let the case be sent to Honourable Sessions Judge Matiari as the offence u/s 399 PPC is exclusively triable by the court of Honourable Sessions Judge, after completing all legal formalities. Put off to.17.01.2026 for Charge. Present accused is directed to attend before the court of Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Matiari on the next date of hearing. NBW against absconders accused was returned un-served by process server, his Statement on oath has been recorded at Exh.01.
