At this stage, learned counsel Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Khushk appointed on behalf of accused as pauper advocate, despite from several calls from 09:00 to 1435 hours, neither he appeared nor sent any intimation, this court in order to save the time of doctor, asked Mr. Peeral Majeedano, advocate for the co-accused to cross-examine on behalf of accused Bilawal, if the Court appoint him as pauper advocate, but the learned counsel pointed out that prior to this, he was advocate for accused Bilawal as pauper advocate, but the accused Bilawal did not agree on the appointment of learned counsel Mr. Peeral Majeedano on the ground that he will arrange his own advocate, but till today, he has not arranged any advocate, despite of passing about more than 02 years. The Court asked Mr. Abdul Jabbar advocate and Mr. Abdul Sattar to act as an advocate on behalf of pauper advocate for Bilawal, but they refused on his behalf. Through the staff this Court also side other available advocate, but they also refused. The court is not understanding that why the advocates refused to act on his behalf as pauper advocate. No doubt constitutional of the right of fair trial to the accused, but has not restrained from the right of the witnesses and complainant. More than many opportunities were provided to the accused, but he avoiding to engage himself an advocate, and in case the Court appoints any other advocate, he refused to act on his behalf, hence the accused is directed to cross-examine the witness in person.
